1. What is the turnaround time for my video
Turnaround time for wedding films is typically1-3 months, depending on the season, as our current wedding video clients are ahead in the queue. It also depends on how busy the lab is that we use, we ship it to California so turnaround times vary on that. Our goal is to deliver a final product that you’ll treasure forever.
2. Can I customize a videography package to fit my specific needs?
Yes, every wedding is unique and you may not need some things listed in the package or you may want to add services.
3. Do you offer planning service for videography packages?
If you’re only booking video services, planning assistance is not included. Planning support is included when you book a photography package along with your video, so we can help guide your day and make sure everything flows smoothly.
4. What is the travel fee?
Travel fee is not included in video packages. Inquire for pricing on travel.
